I think you should give them to people who need them, and deserve them.

Ex. Have an amazing talent for art or writing but have no points or premium to help their features

I don't think that the random deviant button is a good idea, because some people hardly ever go on and have no use for it.

I think that you can make a journal and make the deviants fav. it, and then use random.org generator.
I think that this would be fair for everyone!

The first come first serve is not a very good idea, neither is Choosing deviants that I, `JoseFelipeM, think deserve it. It makes it very limited and the chance of the person getting it can be due to personal reasons, however this is just how I feel. Although I chose that people should nominate, sometimes it can be unfair. I do believe that =Girasolia has the right suggestion but than again, people can lie and not do what they said in the application.

Unfortunately I do not have any idea because there are always flaws in such. Maybe suggest a person and see if people believe they deserve one instead of them suggesting. Though if you do use this method many would only decide to agree to giving the pm to the person if their art is good so its back to being bias. These are just my thoughts I feel like stating.

I think nominating someone would be great too.. like.. I have a friend that just started her page.. I know she is knew but she has the talent for it. and if you were to go to her page you would see it.. that is just an example..

I think you should give it out to people who deserves/needs it. Many people never had a Premium membership before (like me) and sign up for giveaways and never win. Usually the people who already have one win those kinds of things (in my opinion) lol. You might not know the other person very well so you could post a journal with questions that people have to fill out so you can see which ones deserve it the most! Just an idea!

I think you should pick the one who really needs it the one who has never ever tried to have a premium membership so they can experience i know,like me someone out there has never experience it coz other deviants didnt donate any poiunts or others didnt give any premium membership...I dont think you should choose first come first serve coz other peeps in the world didnt know what time u post that give away coz we had different time zones others are awake and asleep..

THat is just my opinion but ur decision is what is gonna be...

I think you should have a journal and people comment about why they would want a PM. I'm not sure if that's the easiest, but if you choose who you think deserves it, then you'd forget some hardworking people who you don't know
NOT random, I don't think it's that good of an idea. Giveaways become a factor of who makes alternate accounts and who doesn't.
I'm new to this site, but I think your project is an awesome way to give to those who have been here for a while and deserve a Christmas gift, or for someone who just needs a PM or points to get started.
